I recently saw an excellent presentation by Lisa Dobson called 'Help! I'm a
Newbie' given at the Unix Special Interest Group of the UK Oracle User Group
(and it will be repeated at the UKOUG 2005 conference). It covered a range
of issues, many of which don't just apply to Newbie!
