So after you changed the PERL5LIB most of the errors went away ? That is
actually good to know. I have put in a few enhancement requests a while back

Yup! I unset the PERL5LIB env var (bash shell) and all of the "false
positive" errors dropped.

As far as the EM12c issues, I traced the orachk script and figured out
the exact line where it's incorrectly parsing a retired ORACLE_HOME from
OraInventory. I fixed the grep, but orachk still thinks my EM12c Agent
Home is in a directory that doesn't exist. Thanks to Courtney's pointer
to MOS doc 1520010.1, I did move the Agent out from under an old OMS
directory a few months back, so I figured it had something to do with
that. I traced orachk again and saw that it's parsing out
/etc/oragchomelist to get the Agent home, but the old, defunct, deleted
Agent home is in there as well. There's nothing I could find in MOS
about this, so I took the chance to manually remove those defunct
directory entries from /etc/oragchomelist and how ORAchk works!

I'm debating opening up an SR for this. But as one is with orachk and
the other an oversight on that MOS doc above, and I've got a chain of 5
SRs that have been trying to solve the same issue for 3+ _years_ now
with only partial success, I'm disinclined to add to my pain at the
moment...
