ORACLE EE and XE extra cost options

We have ORACLE 10.2 EE on Linux  server. we may use "oracle Partition" function 
 and I check ORACLE doc:

It say EE and Extra cost.  Does anyone know "ORACLE partition" include on E.E. 
or it need extra cost?
