Yeah, the one released in July. I did check back earlier this week, after Seth
shared the email he received about the 12c BP, but then the 11.2.0.4.170718
patch was still available and no mention of problems.. as I said, I applied the
same patch to all systems and only this one show issues. The most important one
of course..

There is a fix in the patch released on 8/14/2017 that includes database will
not start scenario. Doesn’t affect all databases of course.
