I have seen issues with wait event res:cpu quantum... Normally associated with
the auto tuning tasks in 11.2.0.3... 3.2 If it is similar, if you try
running an awrrpt and select 1 day when it asks, and there will not be any
snapshots since the event/job started -- around 1am.
However, no 600 errors were associated with it.
