ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15212] - in 8.1.7.4

Is there a workaround for this error?  Just started after bouncing the
database early this morning. Flushed the shared pool but no help.  I know it
has to do with cursor sharing but why would it start all of a sudden....

???
