Hi Abdella,
Why do you think that 11.2.0.4 is a bad compatible parameter?
Why do you want 11.2.0.3, if your Oracle software is 11.2.0.4 really?
(AFAIR, otherwise it wouldn't start with 11.2.0.4)

Hello,
I suppose that you'll need to use a backup of the controlfile (or
recreate it from a backup to trace) and than run a fake incomplete
recovery (using backup controlfile).

Hi experts,--
We inadvertently startup database bad compatible parameter. 11.2.0.4
instead of 11.2.0.3.
When trying to restart it using the good init file, we got this error.
ORA-00201: control file version 11.2.0.4.0 incompatible with ORACLE
version
11.2.0.3.0
ORA-00202: control file: '../.../oracle/control/control01.ctl'
Is there a way to start the database without upgrading/downgrading
procedure?
PS: the datafiles header contain already the new 11.2.0.4 compatible
parameter.
Thanks in advance.
