I think you are correct - OUS does not have a counterpart to OIDDAS.

I use ODSM to handle that.

I am just reading up on OUD. I am _not _seeing any mention of a site to allow end users to manage their own accounts- change passwords, setup the security questions, and such. Am I missing it??

For the Directory Naming service, the OID component of DS+ still appears to be available through restricted use license.

OP is specifically asking about user identification and authentication. Not sure whether the restricted use license for OID covers that. Best to check with Oracle.

AFAIK there is no OUD equivalent of the "free" license for OID for naming purposes only. It requires a DS+ license at some considerable cost.

Is there a reason for staying with OID rather than looking at OUD

For your question - ODSM to access the OID?  The OIS/OUD - ODSM
