I think that's right, but I don't really have much experience with
licensing so don't take my word for it.  $3K/CPU is the list price, but
I think those prices are fairly negotiable.  If they think they're going
to have to give you a deal on the Diagnostics Pack in order to get you
to buy Enterprise Edition DB for 20 CPUs and the sales guy is in a good
mood, he'll probably cut you a deal.

So, you say about $3000.00/cpu.   If I have 5 machines 3 production and
2 development with 4 cpus each, and the OMS and repository resides on
one only.   I need 12000*5=$60,000.00 just for the Diagnostics Pack?
Say it ain't so?   ($36,000 just for the 3 production machines).
