I was working on an upgrade to OEM Cloud control from version 12.1.0.4 to
version 13.2. Database version 12.1.0.2. All on windows x64.
During the upgrade process, I received this error while it was upgrading
the repository:
ORA-00001 unique constraint (SYS.i_WRI$_OPSTAT_HH_OBJ_ICOL_ST) VIOLATED

ORA-06512 at "SYSMAN.EM_USER_MODEL", line 4665

I found a similar error on MOS, and tried deleting all the stats history,
but that did not fix the problem. I do have a case open with MOS, but I
know we have a lot of people here who have worked with cloud control.
Does anyone know the fix to this error?
