The port that Grid usually uses is 4889. Are you installing and then upgrading
from the old 10gr5? if so, that might be the problem. The old grid is using
it?

I am attempting the installation of oem 11gr1. In the configuration assistant
portion, the OMSCA is failing with this error. It looks like it is complaining
about a port being in use, but I cant tell which one. Any ideas?
