Markus i've not got it downloaded yet but like in most things it SHOULD 
be downward compatible, meaning 10G OEM should be able to monitor 9i 
databases but it usually rarely(can i say never) work the other wasy 
around, 9i OEM will more than likely NOT be able to monitor 10G 
databases, usually too much has changed and things puke(professional  
term when talking about drinking but it pertains to here also) when 
trying to go the other direction.
