Yes, I was the only guest running on the host, and there was no other
activity in my guest. In case you didn't see my follow up post - we
found it is a problem with 32-bit OEL4. Once we switched to 64-bit
OEL4, the performance improved dramatically. Thanks anyway for the
idea!
