Hello,

OCM is OCM irrespective of 10g or 11g or 12c but again varies down the line
when it is too old.
If you have cleared 11g OCM then it is suffice, but many of them will
prefer to upgrade credentials based on how much you are passionate of it :)
As its 12c days, better to go for directly OCM 12c and no need to worry on
upgrading to 12c and no more $$$ to upgrade.
