Check this. I had this problem awhile ago when somebody did the following.
It took a long time to figure out why.

Might be a long shot, but I had an issue recently in an environment where we
had a job class pointing to a service that no longer existed, so the jobs would
never run. We changed the job class attribute and everything started up again.

This displays log run details for all Scheduler jobs in the database.
