1. Change to a different port.
2. Disable access to that port from all IP addresses except those of
the DBAs. Yes, I know IPs can be spoofed.
3. Company policy to restrict use.
4. Don't use it.

Sorry, my bad. I want to restrict the dbconsole (typically found on
port
1158 by default) to accounts granted the DBA role (or sysdba, etc.), and
prevent everyone else.
