You don't need to reinstall. You can copy the directory to a new
location, clone that location and then drop the old location in the
universal installer. See metalink note 300062.1.

Can I move the Oracle Home for a 10.2.0.2 database to a new mount point
and relink or do I have to reinstall the binaries? The database is
HPUX.
