There is an old abbreviation "PNP" which stands for "Plug and Pray".
That may refer to upgrading 11G databases to the multi-tenant databases.
Obviously, Howard wasn't a good boy this year so his prayers weren't
answered. Also, Santa may not visit him this year, although he may still
qualify for Walmart discounts on the Black Friday.
