Metalink patch download page won't load intermittently

Is anyone else having this problem or is it something within our local
network? Everything else in Metalink seems to work fine, but I click on
the Patches & Update tab and often it won't display the page content.
The tabs and search bar, etc., are there and the status indicator stops
spinning. It's been like this for a few days, but seems to be worse
today.
