My account apparently needed to be recreated and re-approved. Done. It
wasn't transferred. Their tech did not know anything. Now I log in and I get
the every helpful
"unknown error"

and then below no user selected.
They are asking to get sued when someone has a major outage. I really hope
we don't have any serious problems before this is fixed.
