When I attempt to log in I get:
Unable to communicate with server - IO Error Error #2032
Then it asks me to put in support identifier again and tries to register me.
I tried calling support, but got the "high call volume"
how long are people sitting on the phone with support?
2 other people I work with have no problems getting in. I tried with both
Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
