I would highly encourage folks to use the "feedback" button, but more
importantly use the supportportal
<http://blogs.oracle.com/supportportal/>blog for gripes, concerns,
comments, constructive criticism, etc. This is a
direct line to some of the developers and folks behind the scenes.
Also, Support has offered the 3rd party Meadow Consulting to do an OWC and
collect real-time feedback:

I am not an Oracle employee, nor is one paying me to say this. *grin* I see
a lot of problems mixed in with a lot of good ideas, and hope that by sheer
force of numbers we can influence the teams working on Metalink.
