The HTML version this time. This is about the 4th time I've received a
request from an analyst as follows
 
I am afraid that Diagnostic file XXXX_NNNN.zip was successfully
processed but not uploaded. Hence, it is not available to the SR.Please
can you upload again. 
 
It's not as if the file actually contains anything relevant to my SR in
this case. Here's a clue Oracle - if you give an end user a message
"File XXX was uploaded to the SR" then make sure it's actually true.
