If you could reproduce the problem, i.e. get row cache id 62/63 allocations in
the trace, it would also be possible to capture the call stacks for these
allocations.
This call stack would probably highlight the circumstances under which these
allocations happen.

Nenad, we are trying to have the 10222 trace for that exact "SELECT * "query ,
but was thinking if at all , we get it that , it does request a row cache lock
ID - 62/63, then should we reach out to Oracle support as it should not have
done that? Or atlesat it should not lock other queries or stats gathering?

unclear what boundary condition caused acquiring the rowcache lock for select.
