I had a very serious problem with DCD on 9206 - windows, 2 cpu server.
A central server was hitting the 100% cpu and stopped responding.
We found out that one thread started to loop and kept one cpu busy.
After some time a second thread was also in loop and then the server
stopped responding.
Resolved with the latest patch of 9206.
We also had some memory issues on other servers but these were resolved
with SGA aggregate target.
