We occasionally are getting delays in our logical reporting database. V$LOGSTDBY indicates that the delays are due to a large transaction. Sometimes the delays are quite long (over 30 minutes). I'm trying to get some further info on the "large transaction" (on the primary database) that the logical standby is waiting on. Is that possible and has anyone tried digging into it?
