Saad,
You should have applied the GI PSU - GI 11.2.0.3.9 PSU (Patch 17735354) -
are you saying that you didn't patch the Grid Infrastructure ?
I'd think you should patch the GI stack - but that depends on what patch
you've been using...
Refer Doc ID Doc ID 1474914.1 and 1339140.1 for Oracle's suggestions around
patching in a RAC environment...
