We normally run Oracle on Linux, but I now have an install of Oracle12c on
Windows 7.
However when I try to connect via JDBC I only seem to be able to connect using
a server name of localhost. Using the IP address or another alias doesn't work,
I get the message that The Network Adapter could not establish the connection.
Any ideas?
