Is there free advice based on AWR or stats packs reports like www.oraperf.com? for 12c

Hello, please.
I remember in the past I used oraperf, and I got advice that I should
increase session_cached_cursors.

I used when I was in some weird performance problem.

Is there currently some free service where I can send and get some advice
like
http://www.oraperf.com/ for 12c?

Maybe there is something new. :)
