Is there a way to disable Oracle EE options in an existing DB

Dear All
Now, one's got a set of databases (10.2.0.3 and 10.2.0.4) with almost all
options enabled. Is there a way to disable few or all of them without
migrating data by imp/exp to new samples? (for the versions mentioned; I'm
more or less aware of 11G2 chopt)
OEM extra pay packs are neither licensed nor used. Upgrading is out of
question ATM.
