Recently, I have a 12CR2 instance (target) that needs to query a remote system
AQ table in a 12CR1 instance (source) and getting ORA-22804 error. No problem
when try to query a AQ table through dblink if both target and source are
12CR2. It also works when the target is 12CR1 and source is 12cR1 or below.
It looks like this error only happen when the target instance is 12CR2 and the
remote instance is released below/include 12CR1. Anyone has work around or
solution for it?
