Oracle license is required for pretty much everything, except breathing.

Oracle grants you the right to breath for free for as long as you're not
making any profits from it. You see, the letter "O" in "oxygen" is a
trademark
and you can only use it because of noble and generous disposition of
Oracle Corp.
