I am encountering something new. I do not know if it is happening to anyone
else. I logged an SR that I could not see my old SRs, but I cannot that SR
itself after it was 'closed'. I cannot see any old SRs either. Is everyone
able to see the old SRs. My userid is associated with the right Cust Supp
Id.
