RE: Is AWR report on Oracle 11gR2 SE (dev database) reliable, and is it supported?

I'm not sure if it's reliable or supported, but I don't think it's legal to use
AWR on SE since AWR requires the Diagnostics Pack and the Diagnostics Pack
license is only available for EE unless that has changed. I have heard stories
before about Oracle selling Diagnostics Pack licenses for SE when pressed on
the issue, but when I asked Oracle Sales about it, I was told it wasn't an
option. That was a couple years ago though.
