No arguments from me, but these are the guys that say they can povide
better Operating System support than RH, right?

Well, we blame Oracle support often but it's not the worse out there.

As with everything else - you need to get used to it and find the best
way through.

details and most probably have duty manager calling you back shortly.
If you don't have call back in 1 hour max - call again. You might want
to find your manager doing that if you ain't comfortable handling that
