Hi Rajesh and Greg,

There is a report for 10.2 with somewhat less functionality than the 11.2 
Global reports.  The 10.2 version is  available for download from OTN:

The report has been tested on database 10.2.0.4, I'm not sure if you'll hit any 
issues in 10.2.0.3.
