Yup, been there. My stack wasn't found and there were no parameters listed for the error: ORA-07445: EXCEPTION ENCOUNTERED: CORE DUMP [] [] [] [] [] [] ORA-7445 A brief core analysis didn't reveal anything to a nobody like me, other than it was the oracle executable that cored. If our devs can't get the user to reproduce the problem and given that we're full-blown into ERP migration (ie. zero time), it looks like I won't have a whole lot of choice other than the feedback on the SR.
