I am gratefull for your help.
The code is complete, we actualy don´t need to reinvent things.
In this code, it is required a 9.x Oracle Version.
I am working with 8.1.7.
We are facing problem with UTL_HTTP in order to start the connect to a
server that store files.
But your code is robust.
