How to learn Oracle Spatial

HI friends,
I need to learn Oracle Spatial.
I have installed Oracle 10g and there is a manual the teachs INSERT, SELECT
tables.
But it is not enough.
After insert it, what need I install in order to use the entered data into
database.
What need i install to use the database and generate , test and view some
result.
Change database and compare result.
