It doesn't, just as any path wouldn't.  Or will.  All is within.

The email thread about the transition of the group and how Steve is
gradually pulling out from the group and Oracle practice made me think
of this question.

So, one has done Oracle for 20 or more years and reached Oracle
'nervana' . now what?

How does such a long career in Oracle bring about life satisfaction (or
not)?
