Housekeeping on 11gR2 Linux Restart and RAC

Hello All,
How do people people out there, housekeep their 11gR2 (11.2.0.3/11.2.0.4) on
Linux environment, specifically things like the listener log files, alert log,
aud files, xml log files etc. This is for both Oracle Restart (single instance
with Grid Infrastructure) and Oracle RAC - do we have files specifically
relating to Restart and RAC that will also need to housekeep.
Any guidance greatly appreciated.
