All rights reserved. SQL*Loader-704: Internal error: ulconnect: OCIServerAttach [0] ORA-12541: TNS:no listener=20 I have stopped and restarted the listener, to no effect. (Yes, it really is running. In fact, when I leave out @ora92 in the command, I get the error that the listener cannot resolve the service name.)
