Ok I didnt get any response from this list but Oracle has updated SR with
following response:

t looks the haip was disabled before patching.
Then patching second node enabled the haip and started haip on second node
But haip was not started on first node because it was disabled on first
node

That cause ASM starrtup failure, leading to crs start failure.


Can you schedule downtime and reenable/start haip?

Now the question is , if it reactivated node 2, why didnt haip got enabled
on node 1 after patching?

Does anybody have any experiences with enabling HAIP manually? any risks?
