            I agree, but my management seems to be believing all of the spin on 
the cloud.  Thanks to all for the suggestions.  There isn’t much out there, but 
I can say I covered all of the bases.

The only difference is the price: for fail-over cluster, you don't need another 
instance, which means that your budget will take a much smaller hit.
