Just curious....has anyone gotten Grid Control Release 3 successfully working on SLES10? I have been troubleshooting a problem for quite some time regarding all my database instances in status "Metric Collection Error" and when I click on configure I receive a "oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.CommException" error. I have received suggestions about time zone configuration problems, but can't figure out if that's what's causing it. Both the repository server and target server are on the same subnet and no firewalls are running so it is not a network problem. I can successfully manage the local repository database without any problems either.
Oracle support has not been able to help and are just telling me to switch to a supported operating system at this point, but I'm not convinced that it does not work on SLES10.
