Have you checked to make sure that disk stats are on? Use (cautiously)
"diskperf" from command line to check. I usually turn 'em off because
they do add some overhead.

We have had an SR and now a bug where on a W2K server, agent is
having a problem getting performance metrics.

So looks like problem getting diskactivity but CPU is working.
