We turned off the windows firewall and now get the logon screen.

Are you using the correct port and url?
Your setup information including the url and port will be listed in the
file:
$OMS_HOME/install/setupinfo.txt
Just make sure the timestamp on the file matches with your install. :)

Subject: Grid Control Repository Login
We created a new Grid Control Server and repository running Grid
10.2.0.5. Attempts to access the system get a "page not found" error.
Nothing in apache log files. Any suggestions on where else to look.
