Oracle (at least 9i) offlines UNDO segements every 24 hours IIRC. It might actually give you problems if that happen to be during your peak time because Oracle will online/offline many UNDO segments in a short time (pressure on US enqueues).

we are getting a lot of traces files with the following information, does anybody know why this traces appear and how to supress them?
