Generate a huge fake employee table

Hi all,

for testing porpuse I'm looking for a way to generate a huge table
employee-style. Because I need to have consistend data I cannot
generate them using dbms_random.
Maybe an export of a public phone directory can be usefull but I don't
have any idea where to find it.

Any hint?
