There's no free lunch so there must be some fine print. What features
are included? Is it free in perpetuity?
So far, it look like core SQL Server in the cloud. Targeting those who
are already in Oracle-on-Azure or thinking about a cloud solution. And
probably hoping to nip those who might look at Oracle's cloud solution ...
